Leylin introduced his method of breaking past the crystal wall defending the World of the Gods to the other magi and entered the World of the Gods to ascend into a true god. Leylin used other demigods as a reference and the knowledge from Shar to advance to the God of Massacre. He merged Debanks Island and Dis and conquered the first 3 levels of Baator all as his divine kingdom. Leylin was then confronted by the gods including the greater gods like Tyr and Mystra. Leylin then opened the World Crystal covering the whole World of Gods thus making the beings of law from Magus World, Shadow World, Purgatory World, and many more worlds able to enter the World of Gods thus igniting the Final War. Leylin then activated his Rank 12 Arcane Spell: Calsus' Avatar, killing Mystra and destroying the weave channels all over the World of Gods creating chaos on the Primal Plane and releasing the wills of the ancient magi that was defeated on the First Final War. This started the Second Final War. And then he continued to devour all the Lords of Baator devouring their domain making it a part of his divine kingdom. In the end, he sacrificed the Arcane Flying City that he inherited to kill the remaining lords of Baator at the last level of Baator. Distorted Shadow plotted against him to hinder the completion of his path, The Path of the Original Sin, with Asmodeus, the ruler of baator. But everything was predicted by Leylin making him able to devour all the Lords of Baator and completing his Path of Original Sin. And then the beings of laws coming from multiple worlds moved the Magus World close to the world of gods initiating the Two-World project. When the Magus World and the World of Gods get closer, the world will of the two worlds started to battle but the battle between the two world wills entered in a stalemate as there is an external factor including in the fight between the two world wills, the beings of laws coming from the respective world. And then the two worlds fused together and became a bell-shaped planet.
Wellesley was born in Dublin into the Protestant Ascendancy in Ireland. He was commissioned as an ensign in the British Army in 1787, serving in Ireland as aide-de-camp to two successive lords lieutenant of Ireland. He was also elected as a member of Parliament in the Irish House of Commons. He was a colonel by 1796 and saw action in the Netherlands and in India, where he fought in the Fourth Anglo-Mysore War at the Battle of Seringapatam. He was appointed governor of Seringapatam and Mysore in 1799 and, as a newly appointed major-general, won a decisive victory over the Maratha Confederacy at the Battle of Assaye in 1803.
In 1793, the Duke of York was sent to Flanders in command of the British contingent of an allied force destined for the invasion of France. In June 1794, Wellesley with the 33rd regiment set sail from Cork bound for Ostend as part of an expedition bringing reinforcements for the army in Flanders. They arrived too late to participate, and joined the Duke of York as he was pulling back towards the Netherlands. On 15 September 1794, at the Battle of Boxtel,[35] east of Breda, Wellington, in temporary command of his brigade, had his first experience of battle. During General Abercromby's withdrawal in the face of superior French forces, the 33rd held off enemy cavalry, allowing neighbouring units to retreat safely. During the extremely harsh winter that followed, Wellesley and his regiment formed part of an allied force holding the defence line along the Waal River. The 33rd, along with the rest of the army, suffered heavy losses from attrition and illness. Wellesley's health was also affected by the damp environment.[36] Though the campaign was to end disastrously, with the British army driven out of the United Provinces into the German states, Wellesley became more aware of battle tactics, including the use of lines of infantry against advancing columns, and the merits of supporting sea-power.[35] He understood that the failure of the campaign was due in part to the faults of the leaders and the poor organisation at headquarters.[37] He remarked later of his time in the Netherlands that "At least I learned what not to do, and that is always a valuable lesson".[37]Returning to England in March 1795, he was reinstated as a member of parliament for Trim for a second time.[38] He hoped to be given the position of secretary of war in the new Irish government but the new lord-lieutenant, Lord Camden, was only able to offer him the post of Surveyor-General of the Ordnance.[38] Declining the post, he returned to his regiment, now at Southampton preparing to set sail for the West Indies. After seven weeks at sea, a storm forced the fleet back to Poole.[38]The 33rd was given time to recuperate and a few months later, Whitehall decided to send the regiment to India. Wellesley was promoted full colonel by seniority on 3 May 1796[39] and a few weeks later set sail for Calcutta with his regiment.[40]
He was promoted to brigadier-general on 17 July 1801. He took residence within the Sultan's summer palace and reformed the tax and justice systems in his province to maintain order and prevent bribery.[52] He also defeated the rebel warlord Dhoondiah Waugh in the Battle of Conaghull, after the latter had escaped from prison in Seringapatam during the battle there.[63]
The modern greyhound has emerged from a history intertwined with that of aristocracy. In murals and paintings, greyhound-type dogs [FN6] have been found and traced back more than four thousand years. [FN7] "In ancient Egypt, greyhound-type dogs were mummified and buried along with their owners." [FN8] Additionally, many vaults were decorated with images of such dogs; for example, when the tomb of King Tutankhamun, who died around 1336 B.C.E., was opened, "fan-shaped ostrich feathers embossed with running sighthounds--which were strikingly similar to the greyhounds of today--were found adorning the walls." [FN9] It is believed that the Pharaohs enjoyed these dogs as both pets and hunters. [FN10]
The Florida Legislature also has gotten involved with the greyhound adoption programs. Florida's pari-mutuel law, Florida Statutes Section 550.1647, addresses the tax credit greyhound permit-holders receive in terms of unclaimed ticket money. [FN202] The statute requires that greyhound permitholders pay "not less than (ten) percent of the amount of the credit provided by this section to any bona fide organization that promotes or encourages the adoption of greyhounds." [FN203] Additionally, during the 2001 legislative session, Senate Bill 1692 was introduced as "Relating to Greyhound Adoptions." [FN204] This bill was intended to improve adoption programs and would have specifically required that individuals from a bona fide organization that promotes adoptions of greyhounds operate an adoption booth on weekends. [FN205] Also, information concerning adoption and the identity of dogs available for adoption was to be included in the racing program. [FN206] Additionally, the bill would have authorized a charity day, "Greyhound Adopt-A- Pet Day," to be held at the track with the proceeds funding adoption programs. [FN207] Efforts like these do much to help the industry's reputation and may, in fact, enable more greyhounds to be adopted as pets. Nonetheless, the fact remains that thousands of greyhounds are forced to endure cruel conditions and to die prematurely. The fact that some are saved does little to change this harsh reality.
[FN17]. AGC, supra n. 7, at . Queen Victoria and Prince Albert kept several greyhounds as pets. In more recent history, both Princess Margaret and Diana, Princess of Wales, have been involved in charity meets with greyhounds, and His Royal Highness Edward, Earl of Wessex, has owned racing greyhounds. Maguire, supra n. 8, at .
[FN198]. The actual number of dogs rescued each year differs depending on who is providing the information, but the AGC asserts that about 18,000 greyhounds a year are either retired as pets, therapy dogs, "or returned to breeding farms." AGC, supra n. 107, at . The AGC also asserts that since 1990, "more than 134,000 (g)reyhounds have been adopted as pets." AGC, Greyhounds Adopted as Pets (accessed Sept. 3, 2001). The Author applauds the adoption community for its dedication to informing the public about the joys of adopting a racing greyhound. 041b061a72
